Department of Education logo. The Foundation has been recognized partner of the Department of Education (DepEd) in the implementation of ALS programs since the Sagip-Dunong was launched on July 16, 2002.


Bureau of Alternative Learning logoThe Bureau of Alternative Learning System administer the alternative learning system Accreditation and Equivalency Program A & E System in attaining specific learning objectives for a particular clientele, especially the unschooled , illiterates and out-of- school aged children ,youth and adults .


RTNFI LogoUnited in the vision of helping the indigenous people within the mining impact barangays of Bataraza, Palawan to read, write and count, the Chairman of the Board, Atty. Manny Zamora and Rev. Fr. Jerome Marquez, SVD, engaged in an educational program since 2006. This program is perfectly aligned with the literacy condition of the communities. Fr. Jerome’s experiences in the Alternative Learning System in Cavite and NCR and as Director of the prestigious St. Jude Catholic School, introduced the program known as Indigenous Learning System (ILS). The ILS Program is essentially the same in content as the Deped ALS Program such as modules and A and E exam requirement for each learner to get a diploma in secondary education. Now in its 8 years of implementation, the program increased the literacy level of these communities to 90% and facilitated the college education of more or less 300 IP as scholars through a scholarship program of the company.

City of Dasmariñas logo. The Local Government Unit of Dasmariñas has been a partner of the Foundation in the establishment of Functional Community Learning Centers (CLCs) in every community/barangay by providing funding assistance. The LGU allocates a certain reasonable portion of its Special Education Fund (SEF) to finance ALS programs and projects, specifically the ALS Instructional Managers' salary.


Liga ng mga Baranggay logo. City Chapter Liga ng mga Barangay provides technical assistance and guidance to the service implementers and Instructional Managers that seek support in planning, community organizing and implementation of ALS programs at the grass roots level. The Barangay Literacy Coordinating Council (BLCC) supports the literacy programs by means of strong advocacy and social mobilization (ADSOCMOB) campaign to operationalized ALS at the grass roots level. The BLCC creates a Technical Working Group (TWG) composed of barangay officials, block leaders and community education board to establish baseline data and continuing data generation for ALS Stakeholders.


Sangguniang Kabataan logo. The SK Federation coordinates and collaborates with the barangay implementing unit (BIUs) to mobilize client needs assessment and participatory planning in order to promote and advocate Alternative Learning System through the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC}



Lasallian Community Development Center logo. The La Sallian Community Development Center (LCDC) of the De La Salle University-Dasmariñas has been a partner in this endeavor in terms of Instructional Managers Capability Building Programs and other technical assistance since the inception of the Sagip-Dunong Program.




Bahay Kalinga logo. The CSWDO has been a partner in the City Literacy program program to respond to the diversifying needs of these children in conflict with the law. Bahay Kalinga aims to provide a temporary residential care, protection, custody and guidance to children in conflict with the law or children at risk exclusively from Dasmariñas, Cavite with court related cases, or those children waiting for the determination of their discernment.



Bureau of Jail Management and Penology logo. The "Balik-Eskwela sa Selda" is a Literacy Program sponsored and administered by the Local Government Unit of Dasmariñas and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, in partnership with the Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission Foundation Inc . Specifically, the beneficiaries of "Balik-Eskwela sa Selda" consist of 250 inmates with court related cases.



St. Jude Catholic School Manila logo. St Jude Catholic School has been a partner in this endeavor by sharing of resources such as school/office supplies. The Filipino-Chinese community provides technical assistance in the establishment of functional community learning centers in Sitio Malabon and Sitio Silangan where the Dumpsite area is located.




Society of the Divine Word logo.

The Society of the Divine Word (SVD) congregation adopted the Arnold Janssen Catholic Mission Foundation, Inc. - Alternative Learning System (AJCMFI-ALS) programs and projects as legitimate partner in their “Mission in Education".


Divine Word School of Theology logo. The Divine Word School of Theology SVD Seminary has been a collaborative partner in terms of spiritual and values formation. They also assist and serve as venue in other stakeholders activities such Inter-ALS Sportsfest, Staff Development Session and Team Building Programs.



Bahay-Lingkod Community Center logo. Bahay-Lingkod Community Center is a social arm of the Diocese of Imus offering an integrated system of social services that is responsive to the socio-cultural, political and economic realities in the province of Cavite and operating under the principles of social justice and solidarity with the poor. The BLCC has been a collaborative partner by sharing its resources, facilities and ownership of the Arnold Janssen ALS program as partner in the extension of their educational services.


Bahay-Tuluyan Home for Girls logo. Bahay-Tuluyan Home for Girls is a residential institution that serves girls ages 5 to 17 years old who are victims of sexual abuse (rape, incest, act of lasciviousness, sexually exploited) exploitation, abandonment, negligence and physical abuse or maltreatment. The Bahay-Tuluyan has been a partner in this venture through the ALS education service in order to provide and uplift the well-being of their clients to make them functional with a sense of hope throughout the learning intervention of the ALS literacy programs.

Pondo ng Pinoy logo. Pondo ng Pinoy has been a partner to provide funds and assistance to poor learners of Alternative Education Program for Adults in order to provide them with the skills they need to find gainful employment or start a business.
